Along with the Mason's Braggot that is still fermenting nicely, I bottled a Ginger Dark Ale about 3 weeks ago. It will be ready for Alban Eiler and the Stone building that will be done this weekend...so all that goes together.
Initial tastes of the beer at two weeks were wonderful, with a wonderful foam, good color, and REALLY good taste.
I'll post to let you know how this one tastes after this weekend is over, I can't wait!! _________________ Nature never did betray the heart that loved her.

Well this post is a bit delayed, but better late than never.
The beer has a great taste, but WAY TOO MUCH FOAM!!! I have to stop using the Barley Malt for the carbonating sugar. Blows up the bottles sometimes as well. Unless someone knows a coversion between sugar and barley malt. _________________ Nature never did betray the heart that loved her.
